Terms of Service
Last updated: February 7, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WorkWell (workwell.careers), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. WorkWell is a European job board operated from the EU.
2. Job Listings & Requirements
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job listings. All listings must represent genuine employment opportunities and meet our listing standards:
- Salary transparency is mandatory. Every listing must include a salary range. This is a hard requirement aligned with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970). Listings without salary ranges will not be published.
- Benefits. Employers must self-report at least one workplace benefit (e.g., 4-day week, remote-first, development budget, enhanced leave).
- Accuracy of self-reported data. Employers are responsible for the truthfulness of their benefit claims. WorkWell reserves the right to verify claims and remove listings for misrepresentation.
We reserve the right to remove listings that do not meet our criteria or that misrepresent working conditions.
3. Payments
All paid listings are non-refundable after 48 hours unless otherwise specified. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Listing duration is 30 days from publication date.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. One employer account corresponds to one company.
5. Company Profiles & Scoring
By posting on WorkWell, employers consent to having a public company profile displaying their reported benefits and salary transparency status. This information is visible to all platform visitors and is intended to help job seekers make informed decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on WorkWell, excluding user-submitted job listings and company profiles, is owned by WorkWell. Job listings remain the property of their respective authors. By posting a listing, you grant WorkWell a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote the listing across our platform and newsletter.
7. Limitation of Liability
WorkWell is a job listing platform. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. We are not liable for any disputes between employers and job seekers. Benefit claims and qualifications are based on employer self-reporting and should not be treated as certified endorsements.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with EU law and the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
